APLORA Home Services was built on more than 15 years of hands-on experience in appliance service, refrigeration, and residential mechanical systems.
That experience was gained directly in customers’ homes—diagnosing problems, repairing appliances, maintaining essential systems, and seeing firsthand how small issues can become expensive problems when they are overlooked.
That experience shaped a simple belief behind APLORA: good home service should not begin only when something breaks.
Today, APLORA Home Services provides professional refrigerator repair, along with preventive maintenance.
APLORA Home Services operates under APLORA Property Care & Intelligence, LLC, supporting a broader vision of helping customers better care for, maintain, and understand their homes and properties.

Refrigeration is one of our core specialties. We provide refrigerator repair and preventive maintenance, along with service for stand-alone ice makers, under-counter refrigeration, freezers, and wine and beverage refrigeration systems.
But APLORA is about more than repairing equipment.
Our services also include preventive appliance maintenance, home optimization services, and property support for homeowners, landlords, property managers, and absentee property owners.
Whether we're responding to a refrigerator problem, performing maintenance or helping oversee a property, we approach the home as a collection of systems that should work together reliably.

As APLORA grows, so will the scale, technology, service capabilities, and geographic reach behind what we already do.

APLORA Home Services serves Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and select areas of Palm Beach County.
